5. Ordering & Registration Policy

• • Guests can purchase products or register for experiences through DEVI’s official channels

• • Orders and registrations are officially confirmed once payment or a deposit (depending on the program) is fully processed

• • DEVI reserves the right to adjust activity schedules when necessary and will provide advance notice to all participants

6. Payment Policy

• • We accept bank transfers or other payment methods specified during your booking/purchasing process

• • For experiential activities (workshops/retreats), a deposit may be required in advance to secure your space

7. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

• • Delivery Time: Varies based on your location and may fluctuate during holidays or peak seasons

• • Shipping Fees: Will be clearly calculated and communicated to you during order confirmation

8. Return & Exchange Policy

 DEVI gladly supports returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

1. 1. The product is damaged during transit
   2. The product has technical flaws or manufacturing defects
   3. The delivered items do not match your confirmed order (incorrect type, missing items, or wrong product)
   4. Timeframe & Process: Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival and notify DEVI within 24 hours if any issues arise
   5. Kindly provide photos or a short video showing the condition of the package and all received items
   6. Upon receiving your request, DEVI will review the details and respond within 48 business hours
   7. Returns or exchanges do not apply to items that have been used, opened (broken seals/packaging), or show signs of damage due to improper storage

9. Cancellation & Modification Policy (for Workshops & Retreats)

• • Any request for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted to us in advance

• • Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the specific terms of each program

• • DEVI will always offer flexible support within our capacity to ensure a harmonious balance for both parties
