We used to be corporate professionals, living and working in bustling cities across Vietnam and abroad.

Chuỗi 12 chuyển động kích thích tuần hoàn máu và hệ tim mạch, giúp cơ thể trở nên tỉnh táo, tràn đầy năng lượng, hỗ trợ điều hòa hơi thở, tăng dung tích phổi và cải thiện khả năng hô hấp khi kết hợp chuyển động cùng nhịp thở.
Chương trình cộng đồng không thu phí – Tối thứ 4 hàng tuần tại Prema in Mori.
Một buổi tối lắng lại tâm trí, ngồi xuống cùng bình an, nơi bạn có thể trở về với chính mình qua những thực hành đơn giản nhưng sâu sắc.
Khoá học có kết hợp giữa Lý thuyết và Thực hành. Giáo viên sẽ giúp bạn dần làm quen với một lớp Yoga cổ điển theo hệ thống Sivananda Yoga đang được giảng dạy trên toàn thế giới.
Được thiết kế linh hoạt theo nhu cầu cá nhân, nhóm nhỏ hoặc xây dựng riêng cho doanh nghiệp và môi trường làm việc văn phòng.
Một khoảng thời gian để cơ thể và tâm trí được nghỉ ngơi trong sự dịu dàng của mùi hương. Yoga Phục Hồi giúp bạn thả lỏng, lắng nghe cơ thể qua những chuyển động nhẹ nhàng và những khoảng dừng tĩnh lặng, nơi sự phục hồi tự nhiên được diễn ra.
Workshop chia sẻ các nguyên lý chăm sóc sức khỏe thuận tự nhiên dựa trên Yoga cổ điển và Ayurveda, giúp người tham gia hiểu rõ hơn về sự kết nối giữa cơ thể, tâm trí và năng lượng trong đời sống hằng ngày.
Được thiết kế đặc biệt dành cho những người thường xuyên suy nghĩ quá nhiều, tâm trí luôn bận rộn với những dòng suy nghĩ liên tục. Nhằm hỗ trợ giải phóng những nguồn năng lượng trì trệ hoặc nặng nề, căng thẳng cảm xúc và sự mệt mỏi tinh thần tích tụ trong đời sống hằng ngày.
Chương trình được thiết kế giúp nhân sự tạm rời khỏi nhịp sống công việc để nghỉ ngơi, tái tạo năng lượng và nuôi dưỡng sự cân bằng thân – tâm – trí thông qua yoga cổ điển, thiền, thư giãn sâu và các hoạt động chăm sóc sức khỏe toàn diện. Chương trình hỗ trợ giảm căng thẳng, cải thiện sự tập trung, nâng cao chất lượng tinh thần và tạo sự kết nối hài hòa hơn trong công việc cũng như cuộc sống hằng ngày.
Dành cho những người phụ nữ đang tìm kiếm một khoảng dừng dịu dàng. DEVI muốn tạo ra không gian an toàn này như một món quà, nơi bạn có thể tạm dừng mọi vai trò, buông xuống những gồng gánh vô hình và cho phép mình được chăm sóc, được nâng niu một cách trọn vẹn.
